कन्यादान सहाय योजना

इस योजना के तहत, जिस किसी का नाम यहां पंजीकृत है और उसने एक वर्ष पूरा कर लिया है, उसे लाभ (केवल एक बार) मिलेगा।

MAHILA(GARBHVATI) PRASUTI SAHAY

Under this scheme, anyone whose name is registered here and has completed one year and is 5 months pregnant, will have to submit the necessary documents including the name of the hospital to the organization online or in the office, over the counter so that the money approved by the organization can be received at the time of delivery. The benefit of the scheme will be available only once.

महिला (गर्भवती) प्रसूति सहाय

इस योजना के तहत जिस किसी का भी नाम यहां पंजीकृत है और एक वर्ष की अवधि हो चुकी है और 5 महीने की गर्भवती है, उसे संस्था में अस्पताल का नाम सहित आवश्यक दस्तावेज ऑनलाइन या कार्यालय में काउंटर पर जमा कराने होंगे, ताकि संस्था द्वारा स्वीकृत धनराशि प्रसव के समय प्राप्त हो सके। योजना का लाभ एक बार ही मिलेगा।

Accident Death Assistance Scheme

Under this scheme, the family of any person whose name is registered with the institution and a period of one year has passed will be provided with the necessary assistance and for this it is necessary to submit the necessary documents like death certificate, photo, Aadhar card etc. It should be submitted in the office of the institution or through the website. The amount donated by the foundation will be transferred to the closest relative of the deceased i.e. spouse or their direct heirs. And for the identification of that relative, they have to submit their necessary documents like Aadhar card, photo and proof of their relationship with the deceased person to the institution.

दुर्घटना मृत्यु सहायता योजना

इस योजना के तहत, कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसका नाम संगठन के साथ पंजीकृत है और एक वर्ष की अवधि बीत गई है, उसके परिवार को आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी और इसके लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, फोटो, आधार कार्ड आदि होंगे। प्रस्तुतीकरण आवश्यक है। इसे संगठन के कार्यालय में या वेबसाइट के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। फाउंडेशन द्वारा दान की गई राशि मृतक के निकटतम संबंधी, अर्थात् पति/पत्नी या उनके प्रत्यक्ष उत्तराधिकारियों को हस्तांतरित कर दी जाएगी। और उस रिश्तेदार की पहचान के लिए उन्हें अपने आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे आधार कार्ड, फोटो और मृतक व्यक्ति के साथ अपने रिश्ते का प्रमाण संगठन को प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Health Assistance Scheme

Under this scheme, any person whose name is registered with the organization and a period of one year has passed, who is admitted to a hospital due to a serious illness, will be provided necessary assistance to his family. For this, the necessary documents like a photo of the hospital file, Aadhar card etc. must be submitted. It will have to be submitted at the office of the organization or through the website. The financial assistance approved by the foundation will be deposited in that hospital.

स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना

इस योजना के तहत कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसका नाम संस्था में पंजीकृत है और एक वर्ष की अवधि बीत चुकी है, जो किसी गंभीर बीमारी के कारण अस्पताल में भर्ती होता है और उपचार प्राप्त करता है, तो उसके परिवार को आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे अस्पताल की फाइल की फोटो, आधार कार्ड आदि प्रस्तुत करना होगा। इसे संगठन के कार्यालय में या वेबसाइट के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। फाउंडेशन द्वारा स्वीकृत वित्तीय सहायता संबंधित अस्पताल में जमा कर दी जाएगी।

Øऊपर बताए गए सभी योजनाओ के लाभ एक साल के बाद प्राप्त हो शकते है।

Øएक साल के भीतर किसी भी दो योजना का लाभ उठा शकते है।

Øकिसी भी योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज एवं बिल जमा करवाने होंगे।

Øसभी योजना मे न्यूनतम 2,500/- और अधिकतम 50,000/- तक की सहायता प्राप्त हो शक्ति है।

Øआपके द्वारा दीये गए दस्तावेज एवं बिल की जांच पड़ताल के बाद आपको दी जाने वाली सहाय का भूकतान सीधा संस्थाको दिया जायेगा।

Øफाउंडेशन को प्रस्तुत सभी आवेदनों की सावधानीपूर्वक समीक्षा की जाएगी तथा सभी आवेदन उपलब्ध धनराशि के आधार पर सहायता के लिए पात्र होंगे।

Øफाउंडेशन से 4 प्रकार की सहायता जीवनकाल में केवल एक बार ही मिलती है, जिसकी समय सीमा 5 वर्ष है।

इस योजना के तहत जिस किसी का भी नाम संस्था में पंजीकृत है और एक वर्ष की अवधि बीत चुकी है, उसे अपने बच्चों की शिक्षा के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे रिजल्ट, फोटो, आधार कार्ड, फीस रसीदें आदि संस्था कार्यालय में जमा करवाने होंगे या वेबसाइट पर. फाउंडेशन द्वारा दी गई राशि सीधे उन्हें हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।

शिक्षा सहायता उचित पात्रता

शिक्षा सहायता केवल जरूरतमंद लोगों को प्रदान की जाएगी जिनकी आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर है जैसे बेरोजगार, अनाथ और असहाय, निराश्रित, यदि समीक्षा के दौरान ऐसा पाया जाता है, तो सहायता प्रदान की जा सकती है, अन्यथा सहायता प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।
