REFUND / RETURN & EXIT POLICY

Effective Date: 17th March 2025

Mahakaal Helping Hand Foundation is committed to transparency and fairness in its operations.

This Refund/Return & Exit Policy outlines the conditions under which members can request refunds/return

and exit the program in compliance with Indian Direct Selling Guidelines (2016),

Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and other applicable laws.

1. REFUND/RETURN POLICY

1.1 Membership Registration Fees

- The INR 50 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.2 Package Purchases

- Refunds/Return for package purchases (e.g., Gau Garima Kit - INR 550) will be granted under the following conditions:

- The refund/return request is made within 7 days of purchase.

- The package has not been used, activated, or availed in any manner.

- Refunds/return will be processed after verification of the request.  95% refundable  amount transfer via UPI / Bank Account.

1.3 Service-Based Packages

- If a member has purchased a service-based package and has not availed of any benefits,

they may request a partial refund within 15 days of purchase.

- Once any service is utilized, no refund will be provided.

1.4 Processing Time & Method

- Refunds/Return, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the refund request.

- Refunds/Return will be credited back to the original payment method or via bank transfer (if applicable).

- A processing fee of 5% may be deducted for administrative costs.

2. EXIT POLICY

2.1 Voluntary Exit

- Members can choose to exit the program at any time by submitting an official exit request through

the Mahakaal Helping Hand Foundation website or customer support.

- Upon exit, members will forfeit any pending bonuses or commissions that are unpaid.

- If a member has an active package, no refund will be provided for previously used services.

2.2 Account Termination by the Foundation

Mahakaal Helping Hand Foundation reserves the right to terminate a membership under the following conditions:

- If the member is found to be misrepresenting earnings or engaging in fraudulent activities.

- If the member violates the Code of Conduct or Direct Selling Rules, 2021.

- If the member fails to comply with the foundation's ethical and operational policies.

- In such cases, no refunds or payments will be made, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Any disputes regarding refunds or exits will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law &

Dispute Resolution clause in the Terms & Conditions.

- The final decision regarding refunds and exits rests with Mahakaal Helping Hand Foundation,

and members agree to abide by this policy when registering.

By registering as a member, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exit Policy.
