REVISED COMPENSATION PLAN

Effective Date: 17th March 2025

To ensure compliance with Indian Direct Selling Guidelines (2016), Consumer Protection

(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978,

we have revised the compensation plan to focus on product/service-based earnings rather than

recruitment-based incentives.

1. EARNINGS STRUCTURE (Product-Centric Model)

- Members earn commissions based on actual sales of products/services (e.g., Gau Garima Kit, welfare services).

- No income is generated from recruiting members directly.

- Earnings will be calculated based on commission slabs:

- Gau Garima Kit: INR 50 per sale

- Health & Welfare Services: 10% commission on service fees

- Educational Support Packages: INR 100 per successful enrollment

2. REFERRAL BONUSES (Restructured for Compliance)

- Members can refer others to purchase products/services and receive a referral reward only if the

referred member makes a purchase.

- The maximum referral bonus per product/service sale is INR 100.

- Pair bonuses and multi-level commission structures are eliminated to comply with Indian regulations.

3. WITHDRAWAL & BONUS DISTRIBUTION (Fair Earnings Access)

- Minimum withdrawal amount: INR 500; Maximum daily limit: INR 10,000.

- Full earnings are withdrawable-wallet deductions (e.g., 70% withdrawal, 30% gift card rule) have been removed.

- Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days.

4. PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVES

- Selling 50 Kits/Services: INR 5,000 cash bonus

- Selling 100 Kits/Services: INR 10,000 + Recognition Certificate

- Selling 500 Kits/Services: INR 50,000 + Annual Membership Perks

- Performance rewards are paid from actual revenue generated, ensuring legal compliance.

5. COMPLIANCE & ETHICAL GUIDELINES

- Members must not misrepresent earnings potential.

- Promotional materials must be approved by Mahakaal Helping Hand Foundation.

- Members found violating direct selling compliance laws will be permanently disqualified.
